1. Vendor Eligibility & Application

  • All vendors must complete and submit an application for approval.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and obtain any required permits or licenses.

2. Booth Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup begins starts at 12pm and end sharply at 3pm before the event starts.

    • NO VENDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SETUP AFTER 2:30PM

  • Booth spaces will be assigned by the event organizers.

  • Vendors must remove all items and clean their area after the event.

  • Any damages caused by the vendor will be the vendor’s responsibility.

3. Sales & Liability

  • The event organizers are not responsible for any vendor sales, transactions, or profits.

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.

  • Vendors must provide their own payment processing methods.

  • The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

4. Vendor Conduct & Compliance

  • Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of event rules may result in immediate removal.

  • Vendors must comply with all safety regulations and follow instructions from event staff and the venue.

  • Vendors acknowledge and agree that event organizers reserve the right to photograph and/or video record activities at the event, including vendor booths and interactions. These images and videos may be used for future promotional materials, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and advertising. Furthermore, vendors grant permission for organizers to utilize publicly available photographs and content from the vendor's own social media accounts for promotional purposes related to the event. Vendors understand that these materials may be used indefinitely. However, vendors may submit a written request to the event organizers, prior to the event, requesting that their specific images and likenesses not be used in promotional materials. Event organizers will make a reasonable effort to comply with such requests.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Vendors agree to hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.

  • Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for their business operations.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

  • This is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise specified.

  • The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Indemnification

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and staff from any loss, injury, or damage caused by their products, services, or actions.


By signing up as a vendor, you agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
